NOVO CSV’S Product and Appliance Repair Service department is a workshop comprised of multiple workstations that allow each of our engineers space and equipment to successfully repair products that are no longer working correctly. 

Our talented engineers are highly qualified in their field and we pride ourselves on our ability to restore faulty products back to full working order, minimising waste and saving money. Our engineers regularly attend manufacturer training courses and always look to apply best practice and the most up-to-date techniques and technical information to their repair work.  

We pride ourselves in gaining manufacturer accreditations.  NOVO CSV’s levels of internal quality control in addition to the technical ability and experience on-site, ensures that we are able to repair a vast range of products from local to global brands.
