2017: Year in Review
Novo CSV would like to thank our customers for their continued support throughout 2017.
We’ve had a bumper year in terms of business and are incredibly grateful to all those who have joined us on our journey so far. In the aftermath of rebranding and managing a site relocation, we aimed to refine our offering as a forward-thinking company in 2017. Achievements great and small have proved to us that this is well underway, as we continue to develop our processes to meet the demands of the ever-changing service industry landscape.
Proud of our relationship with Black Country Chamber of Commerce, we were thrilled to be recognised during the Annual Business Awards dinner and awarded the BCCC ‘Service Provider of the Year’. This particular accolade is of great pride to the entire team, thanks to their individual input and daily enthusiasm from warehouse to call centre and everyone in between.
As we continue to move from strength to strength here in Bilston, we have an exciting pipeline for 2018 – and beyond. We’re in the early stages of development for the implementation of a major new software infrastructure that will improve our internal processes across the board, increasing our flexibility and adaptability to meet market trends.
Committed to raising the profile of Novo CSV as a local service centre, we have invested in our trade counter and showroom, in addition to regional marketing efforts that include advertising with Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Molineux stadium for the duration of the football season – keep an eye out for us!
We continue to promote and support the personal development of our staff with education and training ranging from engineering masterclasses to digital marketing courses.
Looking to further establish our company on the national spares and accessories map, we are rolling out an online commerce website where customers can click to buy individual items – watch this space, Shop Novo is coming!
Whilst we’ve witnessed a lot of change in the past few years, some things stay resolutely the same: striving for consistency in all we do, we aim to embody our motto of ‘commitment, service and value’ every day.
If you know of a business that would benefit from any of our services, please get in touch with Shnayde our Marketing & Communications Executive, or myself directly and we’ll happily follow up to enquire.
We’ve begun the new year on a high and look forward to a prosperous 2018. Here’s to another wonderful year working together!

Novo CSV awarded Service Provider of the Year #BCCCAwards
Drum roll please… 🥁
We won! We’re delighted to announce that Novo CSV won the Black Country Chamber of Commerce award for Service Provider of the Year 2017.
After many changes to the business including rebranding, relocation and internal restructuring, we’re incredibly proud to receive this prestigious award for outstanding service sponsored by Natwest bank.
Novo CSV underwent a rigorous judging process and contended with tough competition within our category – we were thrilled to make the shortlist of finalists, never mind win the award!
The awards ceremony took place at Dunstall Racecourse, Wolverhampton where we were treated to a glamourous black-tie evening including a champagne reception, delicious three course meal and numerous brilliant best-of-the-Black-Country entertainment acts, from the naughty Dancing Grannies to a hilarious video message from Doreen Tipton, expertly compered by Phil Upton of BBC WM.
It's not often we have the opportunity to get our gladrags on and after a fabulous evening of fun, it was the icing on the cake to have bagged an award too. We’d like to thank Black Country Chamber of Commerce for a wonderful event and to congratulate each of this year’s winners and nominees for a job very well done.
We’re already planning our next entry, see you next year #BCCCAwards!

NOVO CSV CELEBRATES BECOMING FINALISTS OF BCCC 2017 AWARDS
Here at NOVO CSV, we're celebrating our shortlist title as finalists in the Black Country Chamber of Commerce Awards for 2017.
We're thrilled to have been chosen as finalists in the Service Provider category, where we have been recognised for the outstanding service that we offer in the small domestic appliance and garden tool repair industry; working alongside multiple national bluechip companies including Tefal, Makita and Lidl UK, we provide repair, replacement and affiliated services for faulty products.
Based in Bilston, we've experienced significant growth in our sector and now employ 17 staff, including skilled service and repair engineers, warehouse and order processing staff and an experienced customer service team.
Gemma Shaw, our Commercial Director has said, “This is the first year that we’ve entered the awards so we are really proud to have made the final. The focus of our business is to provide excellent levels of customer service, so to be recognised for this by the Chamber of Commerce is a real achievement!”.
The whole team are extremely proud to have been shortlisted as finalists and Gemma went on to say that “We consistently review the service that we offer and strive to improve it across the board. With a modern call centre system that allows us to analyse our telephone activity, we have become far more efficient by significantly reducing call waiting and response times to support the most important KPI for our clients. We are currently developing a new job management and order processing system that will take our business to the next level”.
The winners of the Award will be announced at Annual Awards Dinner on 17th November 2017 at Wolverhampton Racecourse... Wish us luck! 🤞
